About Ollo
We build for the dog that's home alone.
Ollo started from a question every dog owner already knows the answer to: what is my dog actually doing for the eight hours I'm gone? This page is the long version of that question — who we are, why we're here, and what we refuse to fake while we're building.

Ollo started with a simple observation at home: my dog was bored.
Not destructively bored — quietly bored. The kind of bored that comes from spending too much of the day waiting for something to happen. I could walk him, play with him, and give him toys, but eventually I had to get on with my day — and he went back to waiting.
Most pet products I found occupied him for a few minutes. I wanted something that could make the ordinary parts of his day more active and engaging, without requiring me to be there making it happen.
So I started building it.
That idea became Ollo: thoughtfully designed products that use simple automation to make everyday life better for dogs — and easier for the people who love them.
Mission
Three things, all day, quietly.
Enrich
Keep the mind working when the house is empty — paced, predictable, earned.
Soothe
Turn the day into a rhythm the body learns to settle into.
Connect
Make the small moments visible, so being away doesn't mean being absent.
Why now
More dogs, less time, same eight hours.
More households than ever live with a dog. The shape of the day around that dog hasn't kept up — work, commutes, and life still take the hours the dog needs most.
We're not the first to notice the gap. We're trying to be useful about it — by building the small daily habits that turn the hours you're gone from a problem into a routine.
