Ollo (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have. It applies to ollo.pet only.

What we collect

Waitlist. If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address (and, if you choose to share them, details about your dog such as name, breed, or size). We use this to let you know about our launch and to plan what we build.

Contact form. If you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can respond.

We do not collect payment information on this site, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

How we use and share it

We use your information to send the communications you asked for (waitlist updates, replies to your messages) and to operate the site. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our infrastructure — currently Supabase (data storage) and Resend (email delivery) — under their respective data-processing terms, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until launch communications conclude or you ask to be removed. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time — email us or use the contact form, or reply to any email we send you. Depending on where you live (including California and the EU/EEA), you may have additional legal rights to your data; we honor requests regardless of where you're writing from.

Changes and contact

If we materially change this policy — for example, when our store or app launches — we will update this page and the effective date. For any privacy question or request, reach us through the contact page.
